• Replace 16 AHUs on roof (convert 3 to DX heat pump)
• Replace 101 VAV boxes
• Install ALC Building Automation System
1. Schedule HVAC equipment (Chillers + AHUs + VAV + Exhaust Fans)
2. Monitor and Control space temperature and humidity

Elementary School HVAC
• Install two new 200-ton chillers
• Repair 11 AHUs (dampers and coils)
• Replace 68 VAV boxes
• Install ALC Building Automation System
1. Schedule HVAC equipment (Chillers + AHUs + VAV + Exhaust Fans)
2. Monitor and Control space temperature and humidity
