Demolition and Removal: The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of existing HVAC equipment, such as air handlers, DX split systems, fan coil units, unit heaters, and packaged rooftop units. It also covers the removal of existing hydronic piping and associated ductwork.

Installation of New HVAC Equipment: An integral part of the upgrade is the installation of new HVAC equipment. This includes air handlers, DX Packaged Rooftop HVAC Units, a new air-cooled chiller, and a heating water boiler.

Electrical System Upgrades: Necessary electrical system upgrades are planned, involving the installation of a new electric utility pad mounted transformer, main switchboard, and distribution panels.

Building Automation System Replacement: Lastly, the current building automation system (BAS) is being replaced with a new Alerton BAS. This replacement encompasses a variety of elements, such as DDC controllers, field devices, software, and diverse quality control aspects like 3D animated graphics, on-site training, and documentation of system programming.
